- Myself and 342 other firefighters, including my father, from 7 states climbed 110 floors of stairs today to honor the fallen members from September 11. It took a toll on our bodies but we all KCCO!

- My Brother,father, and myself participated along with many other brothers and sisters in the fire service for the 9-11 Memorial stair climb. Climbing 22 stories 5 times to equal 110 stories in honor of those who died on 9/11. Had to Represent for the chive by putting it on my helmet band!
